I hope that you and your loved ones are well.

COVID-19 has impacted everyone, and like you, we at National Bank Independent Network (NBIN) have been monitoring it’s evolving global impacts.

In collaboration with National Bank’s emergency response team, which includes an infectious disease specialist, we have implemented several preventative measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, community and industry partners. This team meets daily to reassess the situation and proactively address any new developments.

Everyone’s health and safety are our top priority

Over the past few weeks, we have taken several steps to ensure that we can continue to serve our clients while also protecting our employees and their families. This includes shifting 90% of employees to working remotely, allowing us to keep our representatives safe, but still available to you.

In addition, we have implemented extra hygiene measures, cancelled all business trips as well as postponed NBIN events, and all meetings are held via video or telephone conference.

Answering Your Questions

To keep our clients informed as well as create an opportunity to ask questions, we have implemented weekly Friday open forum calls along with comprehensive FAQ’s that are available on the NBIN COMPASS site.
